Grace Wu is an interior designer based in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Curating clean, minimal, and livable spaces.
Grace began her career as the founding Creative Director of a Boston-based agtech company, where she built the visual and strategic foundation of the brand from scratch. Working across a small, fast-moving team and directing external collaborators, she was responsible for every dimension of the creative output, from brand strategy and identity to illustration, UI design, and graphic design. Over the past decade, she has gone on to lead her own design studio, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and independent entrepreneurs alike to craft brand identities that are as strategically grounded as they are visually distinctive.
A childhood spent living around the world gave Grace a sophisticated, globally informed eye for design, a sensibility she has since poured into her own home. As the owner of a 19th-century condo in Newburyport for the past ten years, Grace has thoughtfully designed and renovated the space alongside her husband, a local high-performance home builder. Room by room, she has transformed the residence with intention, honoring its historic character while creating interiors that are deeply functional, beautifully cohesive, and unmistakably personal.
That hands-on experience ignited a passion for interior design, and Grace is now channeling it into a new chapter by bringing her refined design perspective to Gorman Homes, her husband's custom home building company, where great architecture and great design meet.
